Shipping costs

Delivery is free on every order within the United Kingdom. There are no delivery charges and no minimum order value.

Total price and import charges

All orders are shipped on a delivered duty paid basis. The price shown at checkout is the total price you pay: it includes VAT and delivery. No customs charges, import duties or handling fees are payable by you on delivery.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.

Processing and delivery times

Processing: orders placed Monday to Friday before 21:00 UK time (22:00 CET) are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 working days.
Delivery: 6–10 working days after dispatch.
Total: 7–13 working days from the day you order.
Dispatch and delivery days: Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch or deliver on weekends or UK bank holidays.

These are estimates. In exceptional cases, such as public holidays or peak periods at the carrier, delivery may take slightly longer. We will always deliver within 30 days of your order at the latest. If we cannot, you may cancel the order and we will refund you in full.

Some orders are sent in more than one parcel because of weight limits or because items are dispatched from different locations. If part of your order arrives first, the rest normally follows within 1–3 working days.

Track and trace

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking code. You can follow your parcel on our Track your order page.

Problems with your delivery

Has the estimated delivery time passed? Please allow another 3 working days — parcels are occasionally delayed in transit. If your order still has not arrived after that, email support@alouver.com with your order number and we will sort it out.

If your order arrives damaged, email us photographs of the item and the packaging before sending anything back, so we can arrange a replacement or refund straight away.

Refunds after a return

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of your return reaching us and being inspected, and in any event within 14 days. See our returns and refunds policy
