What you pay

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free, and all orders are shipped on a delivered duty paid basis, so no customs charges, import duties or handling fees are payable by you on delivery.

The price shown at checkout is the total price. Nothing is added afterwards.

When you are charged

Payment is taken when you place your order. If we cannot accept your order — for example because an item is out of stock — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Paying from outside the United Kingdom

We deliver to the United Kingdom only, but you can pay with a card issued elsewhere. If you do, your bank may apply its own currency conversion or international transaction fee. That fee is charged by your bank, not by us. Contact your bank or payment provider for details.

Paying securely

All payments are processed over a secure, encrypted connection by payment providers that comply with the PCI DSS security standard. We never see or store your full card details. Transactions are subject to automated fraud checks.
