Description

Nordic Wood and Iron Reading Light

Sern is a Nordic wall light that brings minimalist warmth to the room. A handcrafted iron cone shade sits at the end of a gracefully curved stem, mounted on a natural wood backplate. The combination of painted metal and warm timber feels simple and honest, and the cone directs the light into a focused, welcoming pool.

Key Features

  • Handcrafted iron cone shade on a curved stem
  • Natural wood backplate
  • White or black shade
  • Convenient push-button switch

White gives a fresh, Scandinavian look, while black adds a crisper, more graphic accent. Sern is ideal beside a bed as a reading light, above a dining sideboard or next to an armchair, and a pair either side of a bed frees up the bedside tables. It pairs well with light timber, linen and soft neutrals. As wood is a natural material, grain and tone vary slightly between pieces.
